Noch mehr würde dies für “Sozialnetzwerk” und als zusammengesetzte Hauptwörter gelten. Ohne Beifügung von “Netzwerk” oder “Medien” würde das Eigenschaftswort “sozial” auch nicht im Sinn des englischen “social” verstanden werden: als etwas, das mit einer geselligen Zusammenkunft zu tun hat. Ein ähnlicher Effekt ist bei Sozialverhalten zu beobachten: trennt man sozial als Attribut zu soziales Verhalten ab, erhalten wir zumindest eine Doppeldeutigkeit zwischen “helfende Zuwendung” und “Verhalten in der Gruppe”.
