Nicole Murphy is my fitness idol
I mentioned in a previous post that I have been working out lately. I am proud to say that I am still working out on a daily basis!!! This is such an accomplishment for me; I usually don't make it past a week. I have been working out 4-5 days a week for about 2 months now.My workouts are not difficult but I make sure I don't stop until I am a sweaty mess! I have lost about 4 pounds and my goal is to lose 4 more which will bring me to my goal weight of 130 pounds. Once I make it to my goal I am going to go a little harder in the gym to tone my body up and get it to look the way that I want it to look naked! I am blessed to have nice breast and a nice butt already, but you won't be able to tell me nothing once I get this belly flat!
