On the one hand, if the lockdown (seger) is justified, with the basic numbers hardly changing, how can they not extend the lockdown further. There has not been any real improvement in the situation, so the lockdown should continue.
On the other hand, if the lockdown isn't working, what will extending it by a few more days do? why bother?
On the third hand, if they think theoretically a lockdown should help bring the numbers down, maybe they should try to figure out why it isn't really doing that and fix that aspect of the lockdown.
And on the fourth hand, I am, once again, really happy I am not responsible for making these decisions. There are no good decisions and definitely no popular decisions.
