OM has had a fever not really going below 100.5. I stayed home from church with him and we ended up having the best time! He did cry when Dagwood and SK were getting ready to leave. He was so upset to not be able to go! We are blessed with 2 children who can, for the most part, still be happy go lucky even while sick. He had plenty of clingy moments where we just snuggled and rocked.
I hate it when my kids are sick but I do have to say that I thoroughly enjoy the snuggles that come from it.
Turns out he has strep so his lack of appetite is explained. He drank a whole bottle of orange Gatorade within a few hours. Told Dagwood at least he wasn't dehydrated!

Here he is with daddy conked out after a long day. No nap...he just kept on going.
Pizza and Gatorade for dinner. Didn't eat much. Watching SuperWhy on daddy's laptop.
He got to have a daddy day on Monday which I think they both enjoyed. Fever is gone and he has had 3 doses of antibiotic so back to school today.
