Introducing the Nike Air Max 2017, exclusive to JD.
As the year winds down to a close and memes are thrown everywhere about just how terrible 2016 has been, nothing comes as a bigger surprise to me than my newfound love for fitness and, indeed, for running. One of my goals for this year was to run the Race for Life as, undisclosed online, my Granny had been battling two types of cancer. We sadly lost her at the beginning of February and that truly served to motivate Babybutter and I to train our hearts out to run a 5k for Cancer Research UK back in July. And I really love running. For someone that never went near a trainer around 3 years ago, the last two years have seen me seriously upgrade my kit.
I can’t say that I’ve ever been into leopard print, tbh. Like, ever. But one fateful November evening and an even more fateful InstaStory poll of ‘am I cool enough for this?’ meant one thing led to another and I became the oh so proud owner of a Topshop coat, trimmed with a faux fur leopard print collar. I freakin’ love it. I wore it the other day when Babybutter came home for a mid-week Harry Potter and the Cursed Child jaunt and we decided to go for an infamous sister date. Paired with my sweatshirt from DEAR STALKER (Aland, I heart you) and my faithful Topshop Jamie jeans, it was the perfect debut outfit for my new snow white kicks.
