There is so much snow here in England! I was getting so excited about the arrival of spring here but no such luck. Who wants to come out of the house in this weather? In the words of the great philosopher Sweet Brown “Ain’t nobody got time for that!” But if you do, how about embellishing your beanie semi permanently? Try a personalised beanie by attaching anything from a brooch like Riri or use a safety-pin hidden behind the fold with anything from beads to a belt buckle like I did.
The buckle I attached is something I borrowed from my Mum whilst I’m here to spice up my hat. It’s an enamel and glass detail from the 1920’s. I need to take some time on Etsy to find a similar one.
