Snow Day!
Aah, getting that text at 7am saying work is closed, there's nothing better! Rich and I went on a little adventure into town for lunch and frolics in the snow, it was so deep. We ended up in Cafe Rouge for a steak baguette and goats cheese salad (our standard order there it seems!) and a nice cuppa. Walking back wasn't so fun - the wind and snow was blowing into us and was so so cold!
Was planning on going into London tomorrow... hopefully trains etc will be running as I'm starting to get snow-induced cabin fever! Seen so many cars and buses sliding around on the roads... I will not be driving anywhere soon, that's for sure!
