Snoop Dogg’s first Gospel album is sitting top of the Billboard Gospel album charts.
Bible of Love, The 32-track double album, features artists like the Clark Sisters, Faith Evans, Rance Allen, Kim Burrell, and was led by the single “Words Are Few,” featuring B Slade.
Snoop and B Slade also performed the track this past weekend at the 33rd annual Stellar Awards that will air on TV One, Friday, March 30th.
Snoop said during an interview that it’s always been on his heart to do a Gospel album.
“It’s always been on my heart. I just never got around to it because I always be doing ‘gangsta‘ business or doing this or doing that. I just felt like it’s been on my heart too long. I need to do it now.”
