'Snake Gun' by Horfee‏ Case Studyo has launched the first object of Parisian artist Horfee. Well known for his wall paintings, this doesn’t mean he falls under the label ‘street’ artist because he works within the urban environment. He is an artist beyond the walls, he draws where and whenever possible.
His inspiration comes from old cartoons and daily city life; citizes corruption and greed, found in our capitalistic system and contemporary art world. In this object Horfee shows 2 strong vices, a snake and a gun, who fight for power. The black dots refer to early graffiti patterns.
Snake/Gun is made in white porcelain with hand painted black details in an edition of 9. Each object comes in a customized wooden box hand painted by the artist, each box is unique and comes with a numbered and signed certificate + screenprint. Size: 20x17x15cm. (7.8x6.6x5.9inch) It is available from Case Studyo here
