I had some left over canned organic pumpkin from over the holidays and I decided to make some pumpkin bread {recipe soon to follow}. I had a cup of pumpkin leftover from the bread so I decided to blend up a smoothie. I love my smoothies. It doesn’t hurt that my toddler jumps at the word as well. I love them because you can’t really mess them up and you can throw just about anything into a blender. {See my other smoothie recipes here and here.}
What you will need:
1 Frozen banana {to freeze don’t forget to peel first! I made that mistake :)
1 Cup Pumpkin
1/2 Cup of Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk Yogurt
1 t. Cinnamon
1 t. Cloves
1 t. Nutmeg
2 Graham Crackers
Ice
{To sweeten add agave to your liking}
Directions:
Place everything in blender. Blend until smooth…. sip, savor, gulp.
