Slumberdown Anti-Snore Pillow

By Evette Garside @evette77

Snoring
I’m not too sure if I snore, I have been told in the past that I do. There is really no way of telling if I do or how often/how loud I do it. I can say that if I do snore it has never kept anyone from sleeping; be it partners or children when they have been in my room.
Snoring affects around 40 percent of the UK population. It can have a huge impact on sleep and partners sleep. Snoring is the main cause of many couples opting to sleep apart most nights.
The Anti Snore pillow is created by Slumberdown to relieve the symptoms of snoring

When I first heard about the new anti-snore pillow from Slumberdown, I had some rather strange visions of a pillow with some sort of strange scientific nasal device attached to it. However it’s nothing at all like that.

Just like me, you are probably reading and wondering how a pillow can help stop anyone from snoring. Well this pillow is specially designed with an ‘S’ shaped inner core foam. This design encourages better breathing by supporting the head and neck and therefore reduces snoring and helps sleep.

My first thoughts on this pillow were just how big and thick it looked. It seems huge compared to my skimpy little pillows (of which I have 2). Until I opened the packet I would of thought there were 2 pillows inside as they seem really bulky.

As well as being rather generous in size, this pillow is also very soft and comfortable and seems to give a lot of neck support. Therefore giving a more comfortable sleep.

It is hard to give my views on the actual snoring part. The only way to test this would be to have someone sit by my bed side and watch me all night long; which is a little creepy. Or find a camcorder which will record 8 or so hours of me sleeping, constantly on my face (no thank you!).

What I can say about the pillow is that I have now binned my other two skinny pillows for this one. This one pillow easily takes the place of two. It provides more comfort when resting and I do find I fall asleep much easier using this one. It is very comfortable and deep and my head just seems to sink into it.
Yes my darling daughter just had to have a go as soon as I received it.

I think she gives it thumbs up too.

The Anti-snore pillow from Slumberdown is available from Tesco both in stores and online at a very low price of just £4.50.
