You should definitely take a ride on the double-decker Vanoise Express cable car that spans the 380-meter deep Ponturin Gorge. It's a great experience that you shouldn't miss.

Although you are able to find some great long runs, they lack in width. But what it lacks in ski size it more than makes up in the fact that it is a super budget-friendly resort compared to the others on this list.
