I used the new collection of papers (Mermaid Tails) from Kaisercrafts for this layout, they seemed so appropriate! I also used the collection embellishments.I used a Dutch Doobadoo stencil with Distress Ink pads and added 'bubbles' using an old book page and journal pen, added dots of black Dylusions spray and finished the page by adding wax cord that I finger knitted.
