Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) MP Ashok Abeysinghe said that even though a Bill was presented on how to act against bribery and corruption, it is not being used by the authorities at present.
The MP stated this at a press conference held at the Opposition Leader’s office yesterday. He said when Opposition parties including the SJB demanded an election together, the government very reluctantly hinted that the election will be held.The madness of this government will be eliminated in the next election, the MP further said.
