Sir The Baptist is about to put some “Saints” back in Greater Hope Baptist Church!!!!
The Hip Hop artist will be making a guest appearance on Sunday’s episode of Bounce TV’s Saints & Sinners.
In the clip, Baptist, whose real name is William James Stokes performs during Sunday service at Greater Hope.
Stokes is no stranger to the church, his father was a prominent Baptist preacher and activist, and his mother a missionary. He played piano, drums, and sang in the church choir growing up at his dad’s church in Chicago.
With only two episodes left, Cypress, Georgia is out of control. Mayor Ella Johnson struggles to hold on to Greater Hope Baptist Church, and her job as Mayor.The crimes of Lady Byrd’s past all seem to be locked up in a mental hospital being ran by Wilhelmina Hayworth, who is in cahoots with Lady Byrd. Poor Dr. Christie Johnson tried to kill herself after finding out Tamara’s baby is still alive, and her own grandmother set it up to seem like she delivered the baby and stole it. Whew!
