Why I am sharing these simple rules for taking care of yourself during your thesis?. Well… in one single line: “mens sana in corpore sano” is a Latin phrase, usually translated as “a healthy mind in a healthy body”.
In other words in sporting and educational contexts it represents an invite to reflect to the fact that an healthy body is an important ( or essential ) part of mental and psychological well-being.

What follows is a selection of ideas that you may want (or not want) to consider for yourself. do not get me wrong: I am not suggesting to change your lifestyle. However, if you find yourself in a period of struggle, just listen to them, take the good and throw the rest.

So in summary, the rules are relatively simple. Put some attention to your eating habits and, based on how you feel, do some movement. Your thinking process will greatly improve from these simple (but effective) actions
