Simple Pineapple Modak for Kids [Easy No sugar Modak Recipe for kids]
Ingredients:
- Ghee – 2 tsp
- Grated coconut – 1 cup
- Homemade khoya – 200 g
- Dry fruits powder – 2 tbsp
- Pineapple – 1 cup
- Organic brown sugar or coconut sugar – 1 cup
- Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
- Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
- Saffron – 1/4 tsp

Method:
1. Heat ghee in a pan.
2. Add grated coconut and sauté for 2-3 minutes without changing color.
3. Add khoya and mix well.
4. Add dry fruits powder and saute till it gets mixed well.
5. Add diced pineapple and mix well.
6. Add turmeric, elaichi powder, saffron.
7. Add coconut sugar and cook for 10 minutes.
8. Cool slightly.
9. Grease modak mold with ghee on all the sides.
10. Fill the mold with stuffing and spread evenly.
11. Gently unmold the modak.
12. Healthy & tasty pineapple modak is now ready!
