I picked up a bottle of Siberia Rhubarb Saison from the Ilkley Brewery. What is strange is that the bottle seems to be for the American market. It is odd because I purchased in a shop in Grantham, Lincolnshire.
I rather enjoyed this ale. There are some interesting flavours in it and it has a good feel in the mouth. It is a little tart and tangy with a yeasty under note. It was a little pricey at £3.40 for a 500ml bottle.
