Short Term H&S Pattern on S&P 500?

It isn't complete yet,  and doesn't exist until it is complete, but this is what I am watching.  If this breaks, it will also break the monthly average, which is what I am waiting for before being short term bearish (we drifted below it this morning, but bulls defended it this afternoon).
