After grocery shopping, what's next? You grab a bite!
In supermarkets, there are a few stalls where you can grab a quick bite. But if the supermarket is bigger or is located inside a mall, there are many stalls and restaurants to choose from. At Landers Superstore, you get two simple dining places that serves delicious offerings.
Landers Central
If you're really hungry or up for just a quick bite, Landers Central is perfect. They offer some delicious U.S. Angus Beef Burger, All-American hotdog, N.Y Cheese Deluxe pizza as well as Roast Chicken or Chicken Bucket and Truffle Cream Pasta with Grilled Chicken pasta.
We were able to try the U.S. Famous Beef Hotdog Combo Platter, a slice of Manhattan Supreme wheat pizza and the Pasta Marinara with Meatballs.
The U.S. Famous Beef Hotdog Combo Platter is a great choice. It's simple but packed with goodness. We're looking forward the Salisbury Turkey Franks. The slice of Manhattan Supreme wheat pizza is surprisingly okay, too. They didn't have the "normal" pizza so we settled with the wheat one instead. It was a good choice.
The only thing we disliked though was the Pasta Marinara with Meatballs. It seemed like the pasta was reheat before hand because there was a lot of moisture in the container. And that liquid went directly to the sauce loosing its original taste. The meatballs were good so it's safe to assume that the pasta would have been good.
Cafe Doppio
If you don't like to eat heavy, fret not as they have a cafe called Doppio. Here they serves ice cream with a variety of interesting flavors, cakes, cookies and coffee! Caffeine lovers will surely enjoy cafe Doppio's offerings. Whether you like it hot or cold, they definitely have something perfect for your taste buds.
We tried their Iced Latte Hazelnut which we partnered with a slice of N.Y Cheesecake which is divine. Oh, by the way! If you're a cheesecake lover (like blogger Clari) or just want to try The Cheesecake Factory's dreamy cheesecake, Landers Superstore is selling them. Just head on the ice cream and dairy section.
Yes, they're quite steep - well because it's THE Cheesecake Factory. BUT they do offer slices at cafe Doppio. It's cheaper and you can try two at a time or three if available. 😀
