The Cabin
Plans are afoot to re-open The Cabin restaurant in Dumbarton Road, Glasgow. The restaurant sadly closed in 2015 ( Click here for our visit).
The new owner has applied for permission to knock through into the adjacent retail unit to create extra space for kitchen, toilets and back of house accommodation. Be good to see another eatery in Whiteinch again.
Swadish
5pm on Tuesday 28th May is the date for your diary as Swadish Indian restaurant in Glasgow's merchant city will be opening.
Dishes include tandoori broccoli, Goan Monkfish and the delicious sounding pomegranate lamb chops. Here's a peek at the Menus.
Six by Nico
After opening their outlet in Belfast, Six by Nico, is set to make its debut in England - in Manchester. The former Roc & Rye unit in Manchester's Spring Gardens is thought to be the new site. Also, look out for a new site London!
Pret A Manger to take over EAT
Pret A Manger are buying around a shed load (technical term!) if EAT premises and converting them to Veggie Pret stores.
