Sherly Lee Ralph and Niecy Nash together on the same show..this is going to be good!
It was announced on Monday that actress Sheryl Lee Ralph will be joining Niecy Nash and Jimmy Jean-Louis on the second season of TNT’s comedic drama Claws.
According to Deadline, the DIVA has a recurring role on the show.
Claws follows the rise of five diverse and treacherous manicurists working at the Nail Artisan of Manatee County in Florida. Ralph will play Matilde Ruval, the Haitian mother of Desna’s (Nash) love interest Gregory Ruval (Jean-Louis), a benevolent and caring mother to her son, with more going on than meets the eye.
TNTNiecy Nash and Sheryl Lee Ralph are good friends, so of course she’s just excited as we are that Ralph is joining the show.
“That’s my friend!!! She finna, she finna come through on #ClawsTNT like a beast! Wait for it,” Nash wrote on Instagram.
Season 2 of the hit TNT show has begun taping.
