Share the Love to the Elderly: Gluta White & Firm

We Filipinos are known for having a nuclear family system where all the members live with their elderly. Although many of us have financial problems and space constraints in their homes, some still manage to accommodate their grandparents with them when they are no longer able to take care of themselves. As part of the celebration of the love month, Gluta White and Firm shares its love with our abandoned elders last February 18, 2015 at the Kanlungan ni Maria Center in Antipolo. Be inspired as Lola Puti, Lola Pina and Lolo Cris share their life’s up’s and down’s, and how they live their lives in the twilight of their years with full of hope, joy, peace and love. ---- Gluta White & Firm

After watching this video, I miss my lola. Growing up, she has been the one that cooks for us. I won't forget how delicious her tapa, adobong baboy, and dinuguan were. I remember the time when she was picking me up at school when I was a kid, and attented the parents meeting. Yes, I am a lola's girl.
Honestly, I've never been in any Home for the Aged, but I promise to myself that I will definitely visit at least one. And I am encouraging you to as well to visit your nearest Home for the Aged, surpise these wonderful people and make them happy for at least a day, because I know that they will touch your heart in every way possible.
