Plot: A seamstress gets tangled in her own thread after stealing a briefcase from a drug deal gone bad. In an escalating game of cat and mouse, her different choices lead to drastically different outcomes along the way.

Story: Sew Torn starts when lonely seamstress Barbara (Connolly) faces her family business closing. She takes jobs and gets plenty of abuse from her clients. However, her life changes when she stumbles upon a drug deal gone wrong. Barbara faces a crisis of conscience about what to do.
As Barbara weights up her options, she discovers a series of bigger problems including the drug lord Hudson Armitage (Lynch). She must make a life changing decision if she is going to make it out with the money.

The narrative gives us an entertaining series of events. It keeps things has a certain style which works perfectly for this movie, but would struggle in many other movies. The performances are strong throughout and the dark humor eases from the events.
Worst Parts
It does feel like a movie on a certain series of people will enjoy and the comedy won’t be for everyone.
