Recently the Seven Beans Coffee Company hosted an event for coffee lovers and enthusiasts at Fresh Pressery Cafe at Lavelle Road, Bangalore. The place is stunning in terms of ambiance as it is part of the Good Earth shopping experience. The event showcases different styles of making coffee at home. Seven Beans Coffee Company has estates in Chikmangalur, Karnataka and the end products can be found at multiple outlets across Bangalore including the Fresh Pressery Café.
Seven Beans is one of the few enterprises that are focused to elevate the presence of Indian coffees in the market. The Indian products are much better in taste and smell when it comes to any instant coffee product. The event showcased how one can brewing their own coffee in only a few minutes. We tried the French Press, the Air press and the Pour down version of brewing. Each of these techniques produces coffee with different concentration, taste and aroma. The event was really informative and an eye opener for local coffee lovers!
The second part of the event was to try the different products are Fresh Pressery Cafe. The product line of Fresh Pressary includes Cold Pressed Fruit Juices, Salads, Breakfasts Jars. We tried a couple of these cold pressed juices like the Golden Glow, After Party and Black Magic. The best thing about these products is the fact that the nutrients of the juices are preserved and helps in de-toxification of the human body. These juices can be ordered online here.
The Fresh Pressery Café has an array of food as well. We tried the Classic Bruschetta and Smoked Avocado on Toast, both were delicious and the ingredients used were super fresh. Next we tried the Fresh Green Salad with Oats and the Grilled Vegetables Aglio-e-Olio. The dressing for the salad was amazing and it was topped with muesli. The Aglio-e-Olio was again light with subtle flavors. But the star was the Smoked Pepper Hummus with Pita Breads. These homemade Pita breads were served with Smoked Pepper Hummus which was incredible. To finish it off we had the Panacotta, topped with berry sauce. The Panacotta was airy and melted in the mouth.
Overall the morning turned out to be informative and finished off with healthy food.
