Server Karma

As I’m on the way to work this morning I am thinking about my server karma I am owed today. Yesterday we went out to lunch at the famous and delicious Fenton’s Creamery in Oakland. (Highly recommend if you are in area) Its ran like a diner, quick service, I’m sure their clientele isn’t amazing, think kids parties, sports teams, families, and worst of all teenagers. We were seated next to the most annoying teenage girls who ran our server ragged, it’s my birthday, more ranch, we’re sharing, can you sing, is this free, etc etc. After their bill came we watched them scramble to find enough money to pay. When they were finished they had left a pile of change all over the table. When our check came I left the server 20 on 40 and left him a note that said “hope our tip makes up for theirs.” So hopefully today the serving gods will smile on me! Have a great day everyone!
