After seeing such a vast selection of the slipper style shoe I hopped on the bandwagon this week after picking these up in a boutique. I loved the velvet material and the tassle on the front. They were so different to any others I had seen on the high street, and I couldn't say no to spending only £20. However when I got to the till they had gone into the sale, and were reduced to £14. What a result.

This was a bargain from H&M at just £7.99. Unfortunately they don't have this particular style hat on their website, however they do have a similar style here. If you can get to an H&M store they have this particular hat in black and a bright blue.
I wear mine so that it sits on the back of my head as shown in the picture above. (This pillar box red lipstick is featured later on in this post).
My new amazing Longchamp bag was a birthday treat from family. I had been meaning to get one for a while as they are so practical and handy. What I love is the simplicity in design, and of course they are such a classic style of bag. They come in a variety of sizes and colours to suit all tastes. Mine is the medium size in black. Out of my fashion buys I saved the best till last. My gorgeous new black leather Backpack. This little baby is a Topshop beauty at £36. Find it here. Backpacks are perfect if you want to be hands free!
As soon as I picked it up, my mother said to me "But I use to have a backpack and you use to laugh at me". All I could say in response is "...fashion is so cyclical isn't it ma".
And lastly, being a brunette I couldn't resist but to treat myself to a new pillar box red lipstick.
I think it was something silly like £2.99 from Collection. It has to be one of my favorite red lipsticks. The color is perfect, I like a nice bright red, and the texture is spot on. I have found in the past red lipstick can be a bit of a pickle to get off, this one is no trouble removing at all. It also has plenty of moisture which allows it to glide on beautifully. This will definitely be a hit for my Autumn/Winter look this year.
