Sending Digital Invitations: A Review of Paperless Post

By Attireclub @attireclub

We have recently discovered a new service called Paperless Post, which allows you to send out digital invitations and flyers. While there are many e-cards services out there, which can in a way be used to send invitations, Paperless Post is a platform that offers more than just sending out an e-mail.

Sending Digital Invitations: A Review of Paperless Post

Firstly, the thing that draws one to this website is the amount of beautiful templates one can choose from: there is a large variety of types of invitations available: not just for pretty much any occasion, from classic birthday cards to New Year's Eve parties, but also for religious holidays and professional events. To keep it in fashion, there is even an Oscar de la Renta category. If you can't find a design that suits you or you have something personal in mind, you can even upload your own. The suggested designs are sleek and modern and allow a lot of space for customization. At first, it can feel tricky to make the best of them, but once you get the hang of them, they are rather cool. You can even add your own photos or logo, which completes the experience and makes the cards more personal.

Besides the aesthetics of the available invitations, Paperless Post has also some really amazing features you can use: it allows you to add a reply card, on which your guest simply click whether they will attend or not and you can even pinpoint on Google maps exactly where your event will take place.

Paperless post can be a useful service for a good amount of people. Firstly, it is great for those who want to send e-invites but are not very aesthetically-inclined (not everyone knows how to make a nice design in Adobe InDesign or Photoshop) or tech-savvy (a lot of people don't know the best ways to optimize an image for an e-mail).

Secondly, they are great for people who want to send out invitations for events that happen in short notice. Unfortunately, many people can't always plan months ahead, and sometimes it's very likely that people won't get their invitations on time, which is why it's amazing that you can send such a quick digital invitation.

Thirdly, given that Paperless Post is a digital service and can be used by anyone in the world, it makes for a fantastic tool for people living in countries where courier or postal services don't work very fast or where mail tends to often get lost.

Using this website can also be a way to save money.

All in all, while we still have some small reservations about sending digital invites to very important events (we may change our mind though), Paperless Post is a great service to use if you want to invite people to an event, especially to a digital one - today there are lots of conferences or classes that take place online, which makes it only natural to send a digital invitation.

To conclude the review, we can say that Paperless Post is a great service, which can be used for a variety of events and which can be a useful tool for many people who send out digital invites.
