Hello Freckles Selfridges Summer Beauty Box
Selfridges seem to be the top retailer for beauty boxes and when you consider the value for money, it's no surprise. Here's what's inside this season's beauty box, well, beauty bag...Hello Freckles Selfridges Summer Beauty BoxHello Freckles Selfridges Summer Beauty BoxThe Summer Beauty box holds 13 products at a value of £176, so for £40 for the box (and the postage - though I'll keep grumbling about that to a minimum) it's an absolute steal. Featuring everything from NARS, to Illamasqua, Rodial, Urban Decay and Eyeko it's a great way to try out some new products and maybe stock up on some favourites in mini form. Plus you get a really good sized makeup bag from Alphabet bags too, even better than getting it in a box, I reckon!

I already have a Tangle Teezer but you can't go wrong with a spare, whether it lives in your handbag for those windy days, gym bag for sorting you out post-workout, they're really handy. I think I like the shade of this one slightly more than my current lilac too!

Onto the beauty selection, there's two mini lip products - the incredibly bright pink Illamasqua lipstick 'Luster' and NARS 'Orgasm' lipgloss. I've never tried any NARS lipglosses before, but the lip pencils are a firm favorite so this could be interesting to layer over, or wear alone for a subtle shine.

I've never tried Starskin masks so these look interesting, though perhaps not the best to use if you're expecting a delivery. The postman may get quite a surprise! Rodial Dragon Blood Sculpting Gel is really intriguing and I've wanted to try something from the brand for a while, so I will report back. the Nails Inc nail varnish is a really cute pastel pink that seems to last well and I like the glossy gel effect.

A girl can never have too many eyeliners (or lipsticks, or handbags...this list could go on) and this Eyeko fat eyeliner makes those flicks effortlessly easy. Being chunky it's comfy to hold too.

Since this is summer, there's a few holiday appropriate products too, including James Read Day Tan, Urban Decay setting spray, Caudelie Grape Water spray to cool you down on those hot days and Clarins body cream is a good size to chuck into your case to take away.

Have you tried any of these products before? Would you be tempted to pick up the latest beauty box from Selfridges?
