Last month we discovered what the new LEGO Minecraft sets will look like. The upcoming six will be The Mine, The Cave, The Farm, Dragon Edge, First Night and Workbench. We’ve already seen what they look like, but Jangbricks on YouTube have been having a much closer look at The Mine. All 922 bricks of it!
The Mine can be built almost anyway you like. You can follow the picture on the front of the box, but that’s not the ‘right’ way to build it. Like Minecraft on console or PC, the best way is to follow your imagination! You can build a mine-cart rail to travel all around your mine, and even fit a Steve minifig into the mine-cart!
There are sloped clear blue bricks that you can use to make a waterfall, and lots of orange ones to create some lava beneath your mine-cart track. There’s also some cool TNT blocks with a little mechanism that will cause some of the rock to explode when you push a lever!
