The distinctive shape of the Seawind caught my eye during the 2016 Pacific Coast Dream Machines Show and I looked forward to capturing the takeoff at the end of the day. This amphibious kitplane evolved from the Seawind 2000 (bigger engine, hull and canopy mods) and first flew in 1993. Seawind is now producing the 3000, renamed the 300C, as a certified production aircraft and discontinued the kits in 2002. Nikon D500 w/70-200mm.
