Seagulls & Surfers At Matosinhos Beach

By Gail Aguiar @ImageLegacy

Praia de Matosinhos (2)

Have I mentioned that I run five websites? (Soon to be six.) Two of them don’t require much maintenance, but today I revamped a third and now my eyeballs are aching to look at something else. I turn to photography in these moments, because there’s something very relaxing about editing beach pictures, as if I can smell the saltwater or hear the pounding surf coming out of my screen.

Now that we’re at the tail end of summer, I returned to the tail end of spring to see what the archives ought to release to the wild. I came across these images that I wanted to edit and upload, because of the playful combination of seagulls and surfers with the Cheese Castle behind them. I remember that day quite clearly, because my friend from Poland was in town and I was showing her around. Here’s the other post about that day.
