#SchoolofStyle Comes to the Nation's Capital

By Wardrobeoxygen
Have a dream of being a stylist? Want to know more about the business of fashion styling? Check out School of Style's Pop-Up Classes coming to DC August 31st and September 1st at Donovan House.
School of Style is a boutique fashion school for aspiring stylists founded in 2008 by stylist Luke Storey.  Unlike traditional fashion schools, School Of Style teaches students every aspect of the styling industry through a series of innovative classes, all in an extremely short period of time – and at a fraction of the cost. Classes are taught exclusively by stylists who are active and successful in the industry, and therefore able to deliver the most relevant and current information.  Courses begin with the fundamentals of the business and art of styling, and conclude with experiential, hands-on training courses that give our students an unparalleled, realistic view of the business from the ground up.

School of Style’s 2013 Pop-Up Classes in DC will feature a two-day, classroom style workshop for aspiring stylists focusing on the actual business of fashion and wardrobe styling. Students will learn how the business works, how to get started in the business, and more importantly- how to stay in the business. I will be attending with a media pass and am looking forward to this fantastic experience here in my city.  If you're not in DC, the School of Style Pop-Up Classes are also coming to Atlanta, Dallas, Seattle, Boston and Miami! If this sounds wonderful to you, check out this link to learn more and register to attend.
