It’s that time of the year again where I jet off to a foreign land. Away from Japan. Away from school. Away from the comforts and discomforts of my Makuhari home. I am heading for the States and that’s it. No crazy jaunt to a third world country this time around. And for good reason. Although I do not look forward to some of the people and emotions that I will have to face, I know that it is inevitable and necessary. Furthermore, I welcome the chance to surround myself with old friends who have stood the test of the time, distance, and life changes.
So ta ta for now. Consider this my last entry until mid-September… that is, unless something crazy happens in one of the 40 states I seem to be visiting this summer
