Verdict on Sawed Off
Sawed Off is a horror that sees three friends trapped in a woodland area after getting together for a weekend. This sees their true emotions for each other coming out, as they get caught in the middle of a twisted game.
The story looks to channel ‘The Evil Dead’ with the ideas of unexplained supernatural events going on in the woods. This nightmare situation creates wacky moments when it comes to the guys finding different ways to kill each other. While the bigger picture tests friends between everyone. There is also even the same camerawork used to keep everything close to the ground.
Final Thoughts – Sawed Off is a wacky low-key idea along the lines of The Evil Dead.
