Satisfying Sweet Cravings with Puffy's Souffle Pancakes at SM North EDSA
After a delightful lunch at the SM North EDSA Food Hall, my nieces and nephew had one thing on their minds-dessert! Seated near a beautiful green space that offered both a view of the food booths and some privacy, the little ones quickly spotted the pancakes and begged for a sweet treat. My sister and I gave in and ordered two flavors of Puffy's Souffle Pancakes to share: Oreo Cheesecake and Biscoff Cheesecake.
While we waited, I held onto three restaurant beepers-yes, I became the official pager holder! When all three buzzed at once, I was able to pick up all our lunch orders, leaving us to enjoy our meal before the pancakes arrived just in time for dessert.
The kids absolutely adored the Oreo Cheesecake flavor, while the adults, myself included, enjoyed the Biscoff Cheesecake. The pancakes were soft, fluffy, and full of flavor. The Biscoff one wasn't too sweet, but I recommend spreading the Biscoff spread evenly to balance the sweetness with the pancake's deliciously light texture. If you're a fan of desserts or just want to share a treat with family, these soufflé pancakes are a must-try. It was heartwarming to see the kids' happy faces as they enjoyed every bite!
