A feat for the eyes from my favorite hotel in the world! The Sextantio Albergo Diffuso near Rome. You won't find a more authentic small Italian village living experience as the hotel consists of numerous superbly renvated houses in a small midieval village in the mountains of one of the largest Italian national parcs with magnificient views. Each house is completely different. I was lucky enough to stay in the suite - which meant that we had a whole house for ourselves. Sweet! Breakfast is served in a wonderful country kitchen and includes only locally produced foods.
