Samsung and AMD announced a partnership to develop a mobile GPU back in 2019 to improve performance over the current Arm Mali GPU and close the gap with Qualcomm.
The Korean company has just announced the Exynos 2100 processor, which will power the Galaxy S21 series of phones in some markets. However, the new processor continues to use Arm's Mali graphics instead of AMD performance. The President and General Manager of Samsung LSI, Dr. Inyup Kang, however, announced during the launch event that its "next flagship" would have a "next generation mobile GPU" from AMD (continued at 12:48).
Samsung Semiconductor has now clarified Android Authority that it was his next flagship Exynos processor rather than the next flagship phone.

"By 'next flagship," Dr. Kang meant Exynos, "a company spokesman told us, adding that there is no way to clarify specific devices that will use the next processor.
However, confirmation that Samsung's next flagship Exynos processor would use an AMD GPU means that we can expect it to land in 2022. In other words, it seems like the Galaxy S22 series might offer AMD graphics around this time next year.
It's too early to say whether an Exynos processor with AMD graphics will result in top-notch GPU performance, but the initial efforts will definitely lay the foundation for future efforts.
