As the name suggests Y Duos Lite S5302 is a lighter and less expensive version of the very popular Samsung Galaxy Y Duos. The ‘Lite’  version thus comes with all the features of Duos, only with a little lowering of specs.

At A Glance: The ‘on the box’ price of Galaxy Y Duos Lite is 7,800 rupees. But a discount of 1000 or more rupees on this is easily available, reducing the price of the phone to around 6,500 rupees. In this very affordable price, S5302 comes with the quality assurance of being a Samsung Galaxy device, and all the smartness of being an Android phone. Samsung’s Touchwiz user interface makes it an easy and convenient phone to use. 832 MHz Processor ensures quick and stable performance, 4 GB internal storage (expandable to 32 GB) provides ample storage space to store media and install various Android apps.

Dual Active SIM: Y Duos Lite is a Dual Active SIM phone. This means that the device can stay connected to two  netwoks at the same time. Thus, you can use one network to download data via 3G, while at the same time using the second network for calls, messaging etc. Switching between the two SIM cards is easy and you also have the option to turn off a SIM card network if you so desire it.

Looks: Y Duos Lite is 58×103.5×12 mm in size and weighs 103 g. In appearance, it looks just like Galaxy Y Duos, only a little smaller in size. The smaller size makes it more convenient to hold in hand and fit in the pocket. Y Duos Lite has 2.8-inch LCD Capacitive Touchscreen with the resolution of QVGA, 240 x 320 Pixels, 262 K color display.
