Samsung Galaxy XCover 5 has been spotted on Geekbench with Exynos 850. It is the successor of the Samsung Galaxy XCover 4 which was launched back in 2017. Samsung Galaxy XCover 5 also expected to be run on One UI on top of Android 11 out of the box.

Samsung is all set to launch the next-generation rugged smartphone called Galaxy XCover 5 very soon. Recently, A well-known tipster named @yabhishekhd shared the Geekbench listing of Samsung Galaxy XCover 5 which revealed some of its key specifications. The smartphone is managed to score 182 points on the single-core result and 1148 points on the multi-core result.


Further, the listing also revealed that The Galaxy XCover 5 will be powered by the Samsung Exynos 850 SoC, ARM Mali-G52 GPU and may couple with 4GB of RAM. The main highlight of the Samsung XCover smartphone series is that it comes with military-grade water and dust protection that means the upcoming XCover 5 may also sport military-grade protection.


Its successor, Samsung XCover 4 features a 5.0 inches IPS LCD HD+ (720 x 1280 pixels) resolution display. Under the hood, it is powered by the Exynos 7570 SoC, Mali-T720 MP2 GPU and coupled with up 2GB RAM + 16GB of storage. In terms of camera, The XCover 4 is equipped with a 13-Megapixel rear camera setup with an aperture of f/1.9 and 5-Megapixel front-facing camera with an aperture of f/2.2. The handset packs a 2800 mAh battery and supports 5W charging technology.
