Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G is the top model of the upcoming Galaxy S21 series. It is spotted on Geekbench with model number SM-G998B. As per some reports, The Exynos version of the Galaxy S21 Ultra will be heading to India and Europian countries only while in other countries it will arrive with the Snapdragon 888.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G Geekbench listing suggests the presence of a Samsung Exynos 2100 octa-core chipset with a base frequency of 2.21 GHz. The device is running on Android 11 and may come with One UI 3 skin on top. The device has 10.32GB available memory that means it is the 12GB RAM variant and it is possible that Galaxy S21 Ultra will have more RAM options as well.
The smartphone is able to grab 1006 in single cores and 3059 in multi-cores on Geekbench 5. Earlier some reports suggest that it comes equipped with a Cortex-X1 core clocked at 2.91GHz, 3 x Cortex-A78 cores working at 2.81GHz, and 4 x Cortex-A55 efficient cores ticking at 2.21GHz.
Earlier some reports suggest that the phone will come with S Pen support and because of this Note series will be eliminated. According to the rumors, the Samsung Galaxy S21 series will launch on January 14. However, there is no confirmation from the South Korean Tech Giant regarding the S21 series as of now.
