Samsung Galaxy M12 launch date has been confirmed by the Amazon microsite that revealed the key specifications along with the release date. It looks like the smartphone is a tweaked version of Galaxy A12 that was revealed last month in India. The Amazon listing has been first spotted by a reliable tipster Abhishek Yadav and later verified by us.

The Samsung Galaxy M12 will feature a 6.51 inches display that might be an IPS LCD type along with a fast 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it will come powered with Samsung Exynos 850 that is based on 8nm. The device will come equipped with a 6000mah big battery along with 15W fast charging support.


In terms of camera, the Galaxy M12 will come equipped with a quad rear camera setup that includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor, a 5-megapixel ultrawide sensor, a 2-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel portrait lens. For selfies, the phone may come with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera under the Infinity V-shaped notch.


The company has provided a glimpse of Galaxy M12 that looks similar to Galaxy A12 but the hardware part is changed significantly. However, the smartphone price is not yet revealed but it is expected to come at aggressive pricing. Things become more clear at the Samsung Galaxy M12 launch event on March 11.
