Samsung Galaxy A72 received TUV Rheinland Certification for fast charging and the device renders is tipped earlier along with key specifications. The phone has a model number SM-A725F/DS, SM-A725F and same model number are spotted on BIS certifications suggesting that Galaxy A72 will launch in India also.

The TUV Rheinland certification suggested that the device will support 9V at 2.77A charging that is nearly equal to 25W charging that is already present in various Samsung models and also on the predecessor Galaxy A71. The phone will also tipped to come with the same battery capacity of 4500mah seen on Galaxy A71.
Early the 5G variant of Galaxy A72 specifications tipped and as per some leaks the 4G variant of the phone will feature same specifications except the processor. The phone will feature an Infinity-O display with AMOLED or OLED panel. The phone will also sport a 3.5mm headphone jack, a USB Type-C port, and 9.9mm thickness.
