Fresh baked goods, coffee, and the company of family and friends are the recipe of success for Bran and Shorts Coffee House in Mooresville, Indiana.
Recently, we discovered this delightful Coffee House after browsing around at the Yellow Moon Antique Mall across the street. When we first walked in we were greeted warmly by Miranda, who shared a love of great brew, and introduced us to their Highland Grog. This rich brew has a wonderful, smooth taste, and is great with their fresh baked Bread Pudding. One taste and that was all it took to get us hooked this soft and yummy muffin. I enjoyed it so much that i was able to request it for our next visit.
What we enjoy most about the Bran and Shorts Coffee House is their hometown spirit. This business represents the heart of every small town; they greet you like your neighbors, not strangers.
Three sisters established the Coffee House in memory of their mother, Elsie Carmelitta Nail Gregory. And, they continue to honor her, and the hard working Nail family with each cup of Joe and fresh baked treat they serve. It's their dedication to family that makes you feel welcome as they invite you into their establishment to sit a spell. Just relax, enjoy a cup of coffee, coke, or perhaps, tea, and sample some of their tasty selections.
