Eat Brown toast in the morning at your local cafe! The picture was sat outside at Madi Deli on Bridge Road near Hampton Court. Rounded off with coffee!

Two

I would recommend anyone to use the sites fiverr and fivesquids for little jobs that you don’t want to do. They have it covered everything from logo design to professional voice overs. Fiverr is American based and fivesquids is British.

Three

On a recent trip to ‘on 5 ‘ at Ascot I was amazed at the clean up operation at the end. Well trained and polite staff worked like clock work to make Ascot as beautiful as it was at the start of the day. We should run our own life like this. Next time you have a mug of coffee, clean the mug straight away!

Four

In Marks and Spencer they have a new pan fry range. All the ingredients in one pack to make things such as beef stroganoff and Thai green curry. You still have to cook which is good but no hunting the shelves for a dash of this and a dash of that. Pictured is the beef stroganoff.

Five

Make salted caramel. There are plenty of recipes online. I used the Rachel Koo one in her book ‘Little Paris kitchen’. A few tips: don’t use a plastic spatular and don’t trust entirely the sugar thermometer.
