SALADE DE BETTERAVE CRUE 
INGRÉDIENTS ET MÉTHODE DE PRÉPARATION 
1 betterave (environ 250 g), 3 cuillères à soupe de jus d’orange, 1 cuillère à soupe de jus de citron, 1 cuillère à soupe d’huile d’olive, un peu de coriandre hachée, sel au goût.
Dans un bol, mettre la betterave pelée et râpée et la coriandre hachée. Dans un petit bol, mélanger les jus d'orange, de citron, l’huile d’olive et le sel, et les ajouter à la betterave. Bien mélanger tous ces ingrédients. Mettre la salade au réfrigérateur jusqu'au moment de servir.************************************* RAW BEETROOT SALAD
INGREDIENTS AND PREPARATION METHOD:
1 beetroot (about 250 g), 3 tablespoons orange juice, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil, some chopped cilantro, salt to taste.
In a bowl, mix the peeled, grated beetroot and the chopped cilantro. In a small bowl, mix orange juice,lemon juice, olive oil and salt, and add them to the beetroot. Mix thoroughly all these ingredients. Put the salad in the fridge till the time of serving.

ENSALADA DE REMOLACHA CRUDA

INGREDIENTES Y PREPARACIÓN:


1 remolacha (aproximadamente 250 g), 3 cucharadas de jugo de naranja, 1 cucharada de jugo de limón, 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva, un poco de cilantro cortado, sal al gusto.
En un tazón, mezclar la remolacha pelada y rallada y el cilantro 
cortado. En un tazón pequeño, mezclar el aceite de oliva, el jugo de 
naranja,el jugo de limón, y la sal, y añadirlos a la remolacha. 
Mezclar bien todos estos ingredientes.
Colocar la ensalada en la nevera hasta el momento de servir.

المكونات و طريقة التحضير
1 حبة شمندر(باربا- بنجر) (حوالي 250 غرام) ،3 ملاعق كبيرة عصير برتقال ، ملعقة كبيرة عصير ليمون، ملعقة كبيرة زيت زيتون ، قليل من الكزبر مفرومة، ملح حسب الذوق.
في وعاء، يخلط الشمندر مقشر و مبشور والكزبرة المفرومة. في وعاء صغير،
 يخلط عصير البرتقال ،عصير الليمون ، زيت الزيتون والملح، ويضاف هذا
 الخليط الى الشمندر. تخلط هذه المكونات جيدا.
توضع السلطة في الثلاجة بعض الوقت الى حين التقديم.
