So, Bounce TV’s Saints and Sinners season 3 finale had me clutching my pearls.

All of Lady Byrd’s crimes have finally caught up to her!

Malik was the real MVP of the finale.

Mayor Ella Johnson embraced her dark side.

Christie did the right thing.

Jabari’s life has been turned upside down.

Rex sets fire to the past sins of Cypress.

Tamara and Myles got their baby boy back

Detective St. Charles helps Kendrick to bring Lady Byrd down.

Let’s give it up to Ella for finally standing up to Lady Byrd. One thing’s for sure, when you mess with a woman’s child, she’s liable to do anything!

After all of Lady Byrd’s crimes catch up to her, Ella gives her mother an ultimatum. Avoid jail time by being admitted to the psychiatric hospital, and she’ll continue to keep up her lies.

Malik get’s revenge and the family he’s never had

Malik confronts Lady Byrd while she’s being admitted to the psych hospital. He reveals that he was behind everything!

“You thought that you could really steal babies from young girls out of the hood and no one would notice? You ruined my life when you ripped me from my mother. So now, I’ve ruined yours. I’ve taken your church, I’ve bedded your daughter, and flatlined her mayorship all in one fell swoop. You ending up here, , that was just a happy bonus.”

He then checks he and Jabari’s mother Gloria out of the hospital and takes her to see Jabari.

Ella embraces her dark side

Ella has Rex meet her at Greater Hope, because she needs his help to save her job as Mayor. She has Rex burn down Greater Hope, and all of its secrets.

Christie does the right thing

After escaping out of the hospital, Christie goes to Bethany’s house to find out that she has Tamara’s and Myles baby. When the baby starts crying, Bethany goes to get a bottle and Christie takes the baby. Followed by Cypress police, she takes the baby to Tamara and Malik, and says he’s sorry, while being handcuffed and taken away.

Kendrick and Detective St. Charles join forces

Kendrick ask recently fired, Detective Noah St. Charles to help him get revenge on Lady Byrd. The Detective agrees, and calls on Sam for help. Det. St. Charles reveal to Sam that all the women who used Greater Hope’s clinic to give birth all reportedly had stillborn babies. At the same time, all the middle class families at the church experienced a baby boom. Yes! Lady Byrd was stealing these young girls babies and selling them to church members. Gloria (Jabari and Malik mother) was the only mother who spoke up, and that’s when Lady Byrd had her admitted to the psych hospital. Before being admitted, Gloria also told Pastor Byrd, who said he would talk to his wife (Lady Byrd) but the next day Pastor Byrd ended up dying in a fire.. Did Lady Byrd kill her own husband?

As season 3 comes to an end, Rex sets fire to Greater Hope and all of it’s secrets, as Mayor Ella Johnson is at City Hall practicing her “crisis” speech.
