At the end of first week Gopichand starrer Sahasam has put up decent numbers thanks to the good run of the film in ‘A’ centers courtesy the brand value of director Chandrasekhar Yeleti. Most of the shows went full in these centers giving the film a decent total. However the smaller B, C centers as expected went down and down with each passing day and it looks like the run in these smaller centers for the movie could come to an end soon.
However the film, despite decent collections, is far from getting breakeven at this point and would need to continue with similar run for another couple of weeks at least to be in a profit zone. Further run of the movie depends a lot on how this Friday releases perform.
