Saar and the Idiots

so reports are saying that MK Gideon Saar, the representative to the President's judicial reforms negotiations from the HaMachaneh Hamaamlachti party, stormed out of the session angrily yesterday saying I have had it, I am done with this, a bunch of idiots.
Supposedly his peers calmed him down and he went back in.
The one thing not reported about this is who are the idiots Saar was referring to - his fellow negotiators or the people on the opposing negotiating team?
