Saajida Razick of Bishop’s College and Savini Jayasuriya of Gateway International College qualified to play in the women’s final of the 107th Colombo Tennis Championship, played at SLTA courts yesterday.
Saajida Razick defeated Denethya Dharmaratne in the first semi-final in two straight sets 6/1,6/3 while Savini Jayasuriya beat Vishmi Serasinghe in the second semi-final 6/1,6/4 to enter the final, which will be held today. (D.R.)
